The “Banthatthong, Suan Luang, Sam Yan” Honored the WOW AWARDS 2025 from the Association of Siamese Architects under the Royal Patronage 

On January 16, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Sittidaj Pongkijvorasin, Vice President for Property Management, and Dr. Charasphat Preuksarattanawut, Assistant Vice President for Property Management at Chulalongkorn University, received the 2025 WOW AWARDS (Wonder of Well-living City Awards) from Mr. Chana Sumpalung, former President of the Association of Siamese Architects. The award recognizes the Banthatthong, Suan Luang, and Sam Yan areas as one of the projects related to urban development, quality of life, and the well-being of people, promoting sustainability across various dimensions. It serves as a model project that inspires enhancement of the quality of life. 

The award considers projects that focus on physical development, such as buildings and residential areas, and projects that enhance the quality of life and well-being of the public in social, cultural, and knowledge-based aspects.
