On February 21, 2025, at Chulalongkorn University Auditorium, Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, the President of Chulalongkorn University, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Karusart Concert 42nd Edition” and presented a bouquet of flowers to the students. The event was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, along with administrators and faculty members from the Department of Fine Arts, Music, and Dance Education, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, who offered a warm welcome.
“Karusart Concert” is an important music performance event organized by the students and faculty members of the Music Education Program, Department of Fine Arts, Music, and Dance Education, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. It has been held annually to showcase the musical talents and performances of both Thai and international music by students from the Music Education Program. Since the first “Karusart Concert” in 1978, each edition has contributed to the promotion of music education knowledge and aesthetic appreciation for the audience. It serves as a reflection of the high quality of teaching and the commitment of Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Education in producing graduates who are capable and contribute positively to society, under the guiding principle, “Building Teachers, Shaping People through Music.”
This year’s concert featured the following performances:
The “Karusart Concert” this year was a tremendous success, with faculty, students, and attendees filling the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium to enjoy the melodious performance.
