On March 24, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomluk Koolsriroj, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University, joined the press conference announcing the CU-KU International Symposium in Education 2025: “Inclusive Society: Innovating for an Inclusive and Equitable Future.” The conference is a collaboration between the two institutions towards mutual goals of creating a network and platform for knowledge and experience exchanges, contributing to the development of an inclusive and fair educational society for all learners.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, said, “The collaboration between the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University and the Faculty of Education at Kasetsart University serves as a platform for knowledge exchange among faculty members and students, both domestic and international. The goal is for everyone to participate in a simulation of an international academic conference, providing students with an opportunity to practice, develop, and test their skills on a global stage.”
The project also receives support from Kasetsart University, cementing an invaluable academic collaboration between institutions with different strengths, expertise, and interests. Not only will this union yield more impactful academic work, but it will also drive Thai education forward, meet future demands, and truly benefit society at large.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomluk Koolsriroj, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University, revealed an important notion behind this academic conference as a focus on optimizing potential and benefits for students, as this international conference is a significant opportunity for students to practice presenting at an international level. The event also allows for youth from various institutions and educational backgrounds to meet, network, and exchange their experiences.
“We believe that good innovation is not a solitary effort but a collaborative creation of various innovators. The more collaboration is generated between faculty and students, the more chances of valuable educational innovations being created to benefit the country in the long run,” remarked Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomluk.
The CU-KU International Symposium in Education 2025 will take place on July 8, 2025, at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University.
