Chula Student as Thai Delegate for the International Youth Forum Meets Pope Francis at Vatican City

Mr.Thanapat Saengwong, a fourth year student from the Faculty of Psychology and a member of the Catholic Club, Chulalongkorn University, was a Thai youth delegate for the “International Youth Forum”. The event was a part of the Synod of Bishops on “Young People, Faith and Vocational Discernment” held during 19 – 22 June 2019 in Italy.

Mr.Thanapat participated in the discussions on delivering the “Christus Vivit”, the words of the Holy Father Pope Francis, to the daily lives of Christians in Thailand. After the discussion, Mr. Thanapat met the Pope at Vatican City, and received blessings for the Thai youth and Thailand.
