Chula Ranked No. 1 in Thailand by THE Asia University Rankings 2025 

Chulalongkorn University continues to hold the No. 1 position among Thai universities and is ranked in the Top 200 in Asia, according to the THE (Times Higher Education) Asia University Rankings 2025. Chulalongkorn is ranked 132nd in Asia out of over 2,000 higher education institutions across the continent. This year, a total of 20 Thai universities were included in the rankings. 

THE Asia University Rankings 2025 are based on five indicators: 

• Teaching (24.5%)   
• Research Environment (28%)   
• Research Quality (30%)   
• Industry Income from Innovation and Intellectual Property (10%)   
• International Outlook (7.5%)
