Chula President Visits Babson College, the World’s No. 1 University in Entrepreneurship, to Discuss Academic Collaboration 

A delegation from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, led by Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, visited Babson College in the United States—ranked the number one university in the world for entrepreneurship. The delegation was warmly welcomed on June 6, 2025, by Mr. D.R. Widder, Vice President of Innovation at Babson College. 

The purpose of the visit was to explore potential academic collaboration, including the development of joint programs in entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as academic staff exchange opportunities. During the visit, Chulalongkorn University executives received a presentation on Babson’s experiential learning approach and its model for cultivating entrepreneurial leadership. They also toured the campus to observe the learning environment and facilities firsthand. 

This visit and meeting with Babson College executives mark an important step in strengthening Chulalongkorn University’s international partnerships with leading global institutions in the field of entrepreneurship.
