Chula Executives Collaborate with Amazon USA to Exchange Ideas on Educational Innovation with Amazon Web Services 

Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, along with vice presidents, assistant presidents, deans, and institute directors, visited Amazon in the United States at the AWS Seaport Offices on June 6, 2025. The visit included an exchange of ideas on educational technology in higher education with Amazon Web Services (AWS). 

During the meeting, the Chulalongkorn University president and executive team discussed key topics such as the application of AWS cloud technology to enhance education, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning, and case studies from the United States. 

Additionally, the Chulalongkorn University executives learned about AWS’s cloud infrastructure that supports operations in educational institutions. They also discussed potential collaborations in digital transformation in areas such as teaching, research, and university management. The team was also briefed on AWS’s global education initiatives.
