PMCU Welcomes Beijing CBD Administration Committee and Members of “Global Business District Innovation Club” 

On June 15, 2025 Dr. Charasphat Preuksarattanawut, Assistant to Chulalongkorn University’s President for Property Management, welcomed Beijing CBD Administration Committee from the People’s Republic of China and members of the “Global Business District Innovation Club” on their visit, where they attended a lecture on “The Development of Samyan Area into a Model Smart City” by the Property Management of Chulalongkorn University (PMCU). Asst. Prof. Dr. Charasphat also led them on a tour of Siam Square Walking Street, joined by Mr. Ittipol Ingprasarn, Pathum Wan District Director; Dr. Norathape Choopool and Ms. Siwaporn Yostra, Assistant Directors of Pathum Wan District; and Ms. Jiraporn Pungprawat, Director of City Relations Promotion Division, International Affairs Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
