Chulalongkorn University’s Education Lecturers and Satit Chula Students Win Grand Prize and Other Awards at World Invention Creativity Olympics & Conference in Korea 

Chulalongkorn University congratulates lecturers from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and students from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School on winning the Grand Prize, the Special Award on Stage, and the Special Award, as well as 10 gold medals and 2 silver medals at the 14th 2024 World Invention Creativity Olympics & Conference. The event was organized by the Korea University Invention Association (KUIA) and the World Invention Intellectual Property Association (WIIPA) on July 18-19, 2025, at the Seoul University of Education Convention Hall, Seoul, South Korea.

Faculty members from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and the Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School Innovation Center submitted 14 innovations to compete in the 14th 2025 World Invention Creativity Olympics & Conference. The innovations created by the faculty and students received various awards, including 

  • 1 Grand Prize 
  • 2 Special Awards on Stage 
  • 2 Special Awards 
  • 10 Gold Medals 
  • 2 Silver Medals 

The innovations are as follows:

  • “NanoNypa Shield” received the Grand Prize and a Gold Medal. It was developed by Miss Jirasita Totubtiang, Shrewsbury School, Bangkok, and Miss Jirachaya Hemranroj, Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Secondary School, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak as the supervisor.
  • “Finger-kick ball track” received a Gold Medal and the Special Award on Stage from the World Invention Intellectual Property Association (WIIPA). It was developed by Ms. Namphueng Taweepornpathomkul, Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak, Mr. Kaewkarn Yaembangyang, and Mr. Parintorn Chaengtawee.
  • “Khaenova: A Modern Evolution of Traditional Free Reed Instruments” received a Gold Medal and the Special Award on Stage from the Korea University Invention Association (KUIA). It was developed by Pattarapol Wanichwattana, Thawin Utamote, Nicha Luangwaranan, Napat Luangwaranan, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak and Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as supervisors.
  • “Magic: English Gamified Quest in the Metaverse to empower real speaking and listening communication with motivation for EFL learners” received a Gold Medal and the Special Award from World Invention Intellectual Property Association (WIIPA). It was developed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornpimol Sukavatee and Prof. Dr. Jintavee Khlaisang.
  • “Merrygold Pets” received a Gold Medal and the Special Award from the World Invention Intellectual Property Association (WIIPA). It was developed by Miss Nattarin Uycharoen, Miss Chomchan Sitthikij, Miss Ploychompoo Tepthong, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak and Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as supervisors. 
  • “Trunk Injection Fertilizer” received a Gold Medal. It was developed by Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak, Mr. Kaewkarn Yaembangyang, and Mr. Parintorn Chaengtawee. 
  • “CP Smart Glove” received a Gold Medal. It was developed by Mr. Ronnapat Sriworawilai, Mr. Chairach Teerakawong, Mr. Nara Prueksiri, Mr. Thanwin Jintanapakdee, and Mr. Pawit Kowitanupong, with Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as the supervisor.
  • BioNanofiber Air Shield” received a Gold Medal. It was developed by Miss Ploypin Rungrojchaiyaporn, Mr. Pawin Rungrojchaiyaporn, with Ms. Nattaya Lekawattanapong, Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak, and Dr. Phumin Thanardjana as supervisors.
  • “Holdie mama” received a Gold Medal. It was developed by Miss Pannaporn Thongcharoen, Miss Jiaranai Uamsathienporn, Miss Parisa Noikong, Mr. Parith Noikong, and Mr. Wisaruch Sukmongkol (from another institution), with Dr. Tadapanitsadee Sukolwiriyakul as the supervisor.
  • “Easy Life care” received a Gold Medal. It was developed by Miss Panchaya Srisanguansat, Miss Jinnipa Jinnawan, Mr. Ratchanon Adisakpirom (from another institution), with Dr. Tadapanitsadee Sukolwiriyakul as the supervisor. 
  • “CMPPlus” received a Silver Medal. It was developed by Miss Jinnipa Jinnawan, Mr. Thanapat Jinnawan, Miss Panchaya Srisanguansat, Mr. Ratchanon Adisakpirom (from Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Satun), and Miss Peerada Kammaneechan (Don Bosco School Udon Thani), with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak as the supervisor.
  • “Bluetaniquee” received a Silver Medal. It was developed by Miss Nattharin Uycharoen, Miss Thanthita Padejpai, and Miss Pichpanita Methasuriyapong, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak and Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as supervisors. 
  • “Clairevi Bee” received a Silver Medal. It was developed by Miss Evika Klaisangha and Miss Patsarun Rawangbaan, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak and Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as supervisors. 
  • “Greenthumb” received a Silver Medal. It was developed by Mr. Phuripat Tangsuebsakul, Mr. Phoothon Tangsuebsakul, Miss Phurichaya Watcharapornnin, with Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak and Ms. Prewfon Thiensri as supervisors.
