Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, presided over the opening of the AI Policy and Skilling Lab Thailand: AI for Productivity training program, organized by Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with Google and the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA). The event was held on December 2, 2025, in Room 801 of the Chaloem Rajakumari 60 (Chamchuri 10) Building, attended by more than 200 participants from various organizations, institutions, faculty members, and university personnel.
In the AI Policy and Skilling Lab Thailand: AI for Productivity program, participants had the opportunity to exchange views on “AI University,” the role of educational institutions in developing high-quality human capital, and ethical approaches to using AI to enhance national productivity. Attendees also explored showcases from ChulaGENIE and best practices from faculty members and students who have applied AI to real-world work across various dimensions. Google Thailand and the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) also shared their experiences and techniques for applying AI within organizational workflows.
