Chula Small Animal Hospital Provides Pet Health Check-Ups and Microchip Services 

The Small Animal Hospital, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University, is providing basic health examinations for pets along with microchip implantation (limited to 25 animals per day), Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. 

Services begin on January 19, 2026.  The medical service and administrative fee are 250 baht per pet. 

Service Procedure: 

1. Obtain a queue number at the Medical Records Department 
2. Make payment 
3. Health check-up and microchip implantation by a veterinarian 
4. Receive the microchip implantation certificate (Form KLS.1) 
5. Go home 
6. Pet Registration (choose one option) 
7. Register online at petregis.bangkok.go.th using the ThaiD application 
8. Contact a Bangkok Metropolitan Administration veterinary clinic, where staff can assist with the registration
