CU-VET Signs MOU to Identify and Conserve Marine Species

On Tuesday, 23 June 2020, Prof. Dr. Roongroje Thanawongnuwech, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University, and Mr. Sopon Thongde, Director-General of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, and Pol.Lt.Col. Wannapong Kotcharag, Director of Central Institute of Forensic Science (CIFS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to conduct research and necropsies to determine the cause of death of rare marine species. The joint effort is made to help protect endangered species in the long-term.
