Chula Signs MoU with CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd. to Research on Bangkok Smart City

Wednesday, November 25, 2020 –   Prof. Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., Chulalongkorn University President, presided over the online MoU signing ceremony for a cooperation between Chulalongkorn University and CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd., People’s Republic of China.  The bilateral cooperation aims to create an exchange of researchers, and the development of Bangkok Metropolitan to become a Smart City, both at the private sector level (CECEP Talroad with Chula), and at the government level.

Guests of honor witnessing the online signing ceremony were Ms. Chang Yumeng, Counselor for Cultural Affairs, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Thailand, and Maj. Gen. Prasopchok Prommool, Member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, and Chairman of the Extraordinary Study Commission on the development of Bangkok as a Smart City.

The sense of kinship and warmth found in the Chula community is priceless and a treasure worth keeping.
