HR Chula Seeks HR Recruiter

The Office of Human Resources Management, Chulalongkorn University, has an opening for someone who is service-oriented and keen on helping society.

Position: HR Recruiter 

Salary: 22,800 – 29,300 THB

Company: Chulalongkorn University

Location: Pathumwan

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.00 – 17.00

Responsibilities:

– Partner closely with defined department units to gather and evaluate the department’s requirements and recruiting needs.

– Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job requisition, advertising, screening, scheduling, preparing information for interviews, and getting the selected candidates on board.

– Coordinate with Directors to arrange interview schedules.

– Handle administrative work relevant to the recruitment process and prepare recruitment reports.

– Compose job advertisements in Thai and English, and liaise with job advertising websites, the classified sections, and relevant social media recruitment channels.

– Utilize creative opportunities to raise the organization’s brand in the marketplace.

– Support recruitment activities, such as job fairs.

– Brainstorm with the team and management executives on recruitment strategies.

– Manage the Career Website and Facebook.

– Other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications for the Position:

– Master’s Degree in any fields

– Good command of English. (Submission of English test scores required, and external applicants need at least TOEIC 550, IELTS 5.0, or TOEFL 480).

– Pleasant personality, positive attitude, active, flexible, and creative.

– Good analytical skills.

– Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.

– Solid background using direct human resourcing methods (Networking, LinkedIn, Job-Boards, Internal Talent Pools) and the ability to identify the best talents will be advantageous.
