Weight Training for Good Health

Chulalongkorn University Sports Center invites professors, faculty members, students and the general public to enjoy our weight training workout. The session is available on weekdays from 7:00am – 9:00pm and on weekends from 9:00am – 6:00pm at the CU Sports Complex.

Weight training is a workout to develop the strength of the muscles. There will be personal trainers to closely monitor and guide each individual. Our experienced trainers will design a workout program and use training techniques to help you achieve your goal.
