For Chula Students: To do list after tested positive for COVID-19

4 Steps

1. Inform your faculty’s Student Affairs. (In case of severe symptoms, please contact any hospitals nearby in parallel.)
2. For further assistance from Chula, please fill in: http://bitly.ws/nuqD or

• Go to CUNEX
• Type “Covid” in the search box and fill in your information.
• Contact your Deputy Dean for Student Affairs to get the home isolation system access code (QR).

3. Get into the virtual ward via Line OA and get the “Survivor Box” delivered to your home from CUAA.
4. Keep reporting and updating your symptoms and get the medical consultation via the system 24/7.

For the insurance reimbursement, you need to verify the result with RT-PCR. Please contact your Deputy Dean for Student Affairs accordingly.
