The Grey Matters Art Group is a collective team of artists that individually incorporate different techniques, but share the same goal: to present the influence of insights, experience, imagination and the aesthetics of our surroundings on our individuality, daily expression, and thoughts at a particular moment in time.

The aesthetics that we take in, or embrace in our lives, influence us directly and indirectly.  Whether good or bad, these influences depict how our brain is the starting point for information to process.  Grey matter, which forms the cerebral cortex, receives, processes, and transmits information to the body, bringing out feelings and expressions that vary from person to person.

We have created art to demonstrate the idea that we should perceive and learn from the ever changing world, which will help us realize that everything that comes, must go away one day but remain with us as memory.

Chula is the place to discover one’s true individuality and the years I spent here were most enjoyable.
