Guidance on traffic management and available parking lots for the 2021 academic year Commencement Ceremony

For the 2021 Academic year Commencement Ceremony taking place from 10-11 November 2022, Chulalongkorn University wishes to request that all graduates and guests be mindful of these practical guidelines:

• All driveway gates on the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium side will be closed, except for the gates at the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy and the Faculty of Political Science, which will allow only vehicles with a special permit to attend the Commencement Ceremony and the CU Parking permit to enter. All pedestrian gates will remain open.

• The CU Shuttle Bus No. 1 and 2 will operate from 06.00 – 20.00 hrs., free of charge.

• Avoid driving to campus on the given dates. Those who drive can park in the buildings 1-4 and parking lots around the university campus, which are listed below:

P1: U Center  

(Parking capacity 300 cars)

Fee per hour:  20 THB for the first 2 hours

3 – 11 hours of parking, the cost is 20 THB per hour

Fee per day: 12 – 24 hours parking, a flat rate of 200 THB

P2: Chamchuri 9 Car Park Building

(Parking capacity 600 cars)

Fee:  20 THB per hour

P3: BLOCK 28 / Sam Yan Market

(Parking capacity 400 cars)

Fee per hour:  20 THB for the first 2 hours

3 – 11 hours of parking, 20 THB per hour

Fee per day: 12 – 24 hours parking, a flat rate of 200 THB

P4: Yellow Bridge Market Parking Lot

(Parking capacity 130 cars)

Fee per hour: 20 THB for the first 2 hours
