Announcement of Thai Red Cross – Chula Charity Raffles for 2018

Where – Office of Fiscal Management, Accounts and Supplies, 3rd Floor, Chamchuri 5 Building, Chulalongkorn University

When – Monday to Friday, except government holidays and on 21-22 June 2018, between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.  The last day to redeem the prize is on Friday, 17 August 2018.

 

Documents required for prize redemption:

Prizes No. 1-4

• Original copy of the winning Red Cross raffle ticket
• Copy of winner’s Identification Card (certified as true with signature and contact number)
• Copy of House Registration (certified as true with signature)

Prize No. 5

• Original copy of the winning Red Cross raffle ticket
• Copy of Identification Card (certified as true with signature and contact number)

4-digit, 3-digit, and 2-digit Winning Numbers

• Original copy of the winning Red Cross raffle ticket
• Show Identification Card upon redemption
