朱拉隆功大学(ChulalongkornUniversity)理学院生物化学系(DepartmentofBiochemistry,FacultyofScience)讲师、分子作物卓越研究中心(CenterofExcellenceinMolecularCrop)主任SupaartSirikantaramas教授，开发出一项划时代的酶基技术——Arto蔗糖降解技术(ArtoSucrose-ReducedTechnology)，可将水果中的蔗糖转化为益生元。这项创新技术最高可减少65%的糖含量，同时保留水果中的关键营养成分，使榴莲、芒果、香蕉等高糖水果变得更加健康可食。
