[Economic Daily News] 朱拉隆功大學突破性Arto降蔗糖技術:水果減糖65%,轉化為益生元,助力更健康飲食

朱拉隆功大學(Chulalongkorn University)理學院生物化學系(Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science)講師、分子作物卓越研究中心(Center of Excellence in Molecular Crop)主任Supaart Sirikantaramas教授,開發出一項劃時代的酶基技術——Arto蔗糖降解技術(Arto Sucrose-Reduced Technology),可將水果中的蔗糖轉化為益生元。這項創新技術最高可減少65%的糖含量,同時保留水果中的關鍵營養成分,使榴蓮、芒果、香蕉等高糖水果變得更加健康可食。
