[Asahi Shimbun] Chulaの革新的なArto Sucrose-Reduced Technology、フルーツ中の糖分を65%カットし、プレバイオティクスに変換して健康的な食生活を実現

Chulalongkorn UniversityのDepartment of Biochemistry, Faculty of ScienceおよびCenter of Excellence in Molecular Cropの講師であるSupaart Sirikantaramas教授が、果物に含まれるショ糖をプレバイオティクスに変換する革新的な酵素ベースのイノベーション「Arto Sucrose-Reduced Technology」を開発しました。この技術により、必須栄養素を保持したまま糖分を最大65%削減することが可能となり、ドリアン、マンゴー、バナナなどの糖度の高い果物をより健康的に食べることができます。
