Chulalongkorn Universityの卒業生3人、Rati Bowornmongkolsak氏、Chotima Meemungtham氏、Kanchanit Bupphachuen氏によって設立された植物由来アイスクリーム・ブランドMolly Allyは、修士課程のプロジェクトとして始まり、受賞歴のあるスタートアップ企業に成長しました。CU Innovation Hubの支援を受けて、チームはアジア人の間で広まっている牛乳アレルギーの問題に対処し、健康的でおいしいアイス・クリームを開発しました。
