몰리 앨리(Molly Ally)는 쭐랄롱꼰 대학교 동문인 라티 보웡몽콜삭(Rati Bowornmongkolsak), 초티마 미뭉탐(Chotima Meemungtham), 칸차닛 부파추언(Kanchanit Bupphachuen)이 세운 식물성 아이스크림 브랜드로, 석사 프로젝트로 시작해 수상 경력이 있는 스타트업으로 성장했다. 세 사람은 CU 이노베이션 허브(CU Innovation Hub)의 지원을 받아 아시아인들 사이에서 널리 퍼진 우유 알레르기 문제를 해결하면서도 건강하고 맛있는 아이스크림을 개발했다.
