由朱拉隆功大學三位校友Rati Bowornmongkolsak、Chotima Meemungtham和Kanchanit Bupphachuen聯合創立的植物基冰淇淋品牌Molly Ally，已經從最初的一個碩士研究項目，發展成為一家屢獲殊榮的初創企業。在CU Innovation Hub的支持下，該團隊開發出了一款既健康又美味的冰淇淋，旨在解決亞洲人普遍存在的牛奶過敏問題。
