The 8th Korean Festival – A Celebration of 60 Years of Friendship

The Korean section of the Department of Eastern Languages, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and the Embassy of South Korea in Bangkok cordially invite you to join the 8th Korean Festival to celebrate the 60 years of friendship between South Korea and Thailand.  The event will be on Thursday, 30 August 2018 from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, at the Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.

 

The event includes:

  • An international academic seminar on the topic “How to Develop Korean Language Teaching Methods Abroad”
  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM : A Special Lecture (9th floor)
  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM : Presentation of Research Findings from Both Local and International Academics (5th floor – Rooms 501/2, 501/5, and 501/27

 

  • Activity booths:
    • Introduction to cooking Korean food
    • Trying on traditional Korean costume
    • Singing and dancing to Korean music
    • Tips on learning Korean and studying abroad in Korea

 

The activity booths will be held on the 1st Floor from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
