On October 4, 2023, at Room 801, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building (Chamchuri 10), Prof. Emeritus Dr. Pirom Kamolratanakul, Chairman of the Chulalongkorn University Council, presided over a ceremony to present certificates congratulating “Recipients of the Second Century Fund (C2F) High Efficiency PhD Student Scholarship”  who had completed their studies and produced high-quality publications for the year 2023. The recipients were divided into 2 groups: 40 graduates who produced high-quality research published in Tier 1 international academic journals and 38 mentors.

The Chulalongkorn University, Second Century Fund (C2F) was authorized by the University Council to offer scholarships and has been supporting students through scholarships since the first semester of 2019. The ceremony reflects C2F’s intent in providing PhD students with scholarships with the aim to produce highly skilled graduates for the country and honor mentors and graduates who have contributed to this endeavor.
