Chula Hosts “CHULA LAND: A Children’s Playground,” Transforming Siam Square into a Learning Playground for National Children’s Day 2025 

Faculty members and students from various faculties at Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Property Management Office (PMCU), will host the “CHULA LAND: A Children’s Playground” event to celebrate National Children’s Day 2025. The event will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Siam Square. 

Siam Square will be transformed into a playground and a city of learning, offering fun activities designed to develop children’s physical and mental skills. The event features five main activity zones, providing the following hands-on learning experiences: 

Event Highlights:

1. Stage Highlights: 

• Watch a live science demonstration featuring a crocodile dissection in the heart of Siam.
• Enjoy performances by the Chulalongkorn University Chamber Orchestra and mini-busking acts by young performers. 

2. Scientist Kids Land: 

• Embark on adventures with fascinating creatures. 
• Try cow milking, assist in a simulated cow delivery, visit a mock pharmacy, and practice being a little pharmacist. 
• Dive into exciting experiments and discoveries. 

3. Play Zone: 

• Explore board games that help discover personal interests and self-development. 
• Participate in Art Land, a DIY zone filled with creative art activities for kids to enjoy all day long. 

4. Sportiverse:

• Challenge yourself in a maze game. 
• Enhance physical fitness with guidance from national athletes. 

5. KIDS MARKET: 

• Shop a variety of goods sold by young entrepreneurs.
