Chula Allied Health Sciences Graduate Student Wins 2025 JACLaS International Award 

Chulalongkorn University congratulates Ms. Lucksanara Tangsunantham, a Master’s degree student in Molecular Science of Medical Microbiology and Immunology at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, for receiving the 2025 JACLaS International Award. She was invited to present her research, “Genome analyses of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex isolates reveal insights into circulating lineages and novel drug resistance mutations in Thailand,” at the 57th Annual Meeting of the Japan Association for Clinical Laboratory Science (JACLaS) and JACLaS EXPO 2025, held on October 3-5, 2025, at Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama, Japan. 

Her award-winning research was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panan Ratthawongjirakul of the Department of Transfusion Medicine and Clinical Microbiology.
