Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amorn Petsom Honored with the 2025 PULINET Award

Chulalongkorn University commends and congratulates Associate Professor Dr. Amorn Petsom, Director of the Office of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University, for being honored with the PULINET Award for the year 2025 (B.E. 2568) by the Provincial University Library Network (PULINET). The award ceremony will be held during the 16th National PULINET Conference, taking place from January 28–30, 2026, at the University of Phayao. 

The PULINET Award is a prestigious recognition granted to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and made significant contributions to the fields of library and information science, as well as the advancement and development of libraries in higher education institutions nationwide, as part of the Provincial University Library Network (PULINET). 

PULINET (Provincial University Library Network) is a network of university libraries from regional institutions, comprising 20 member universities from all four regions of Thailand. The network has recently expanded its collaboration to include four major central university libraries: 

  • The Office of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University 
  • Thammasat University Library 
  • Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center 
  • Kasetsart University Library
