On Tuesday, 14 January 2020, Professor Dr. Bundhit Eua-arporn, President of Chulalongkorn University, and Professor Dr. Sirirurg Songsivilai, Secretary-General of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to help fund high-potential PhDs under the Royal Golden Jubilee (RGJ) Ph.D. Program and the Chulalongkorn University Second Century Fund (C2F). For both, PhD students are to publish research in top-tier international journals.
Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and Professor Dr. Kiat Ruxrungtham, Vice President for Research and Innovation, also joined as witnesses for the MOU signing.
