During the meeting, the CSCSE representatives presented an overview of China’s Overseas Credentials Evaluation Service (OCES), which has been fully developed into a national online system. The system is responsible for verifying the authenticity, credibility, and academic equivalency of foreign academic degrees. They also explained the verification procedures, relevant legal frameworks, and shared the latest statistical data, such as the number of newly graduated Thai students and the academic degrees issued by Chulalongkorn University that have been evaluated by CSCSE.

The discussion further addressed key issues related to curriculum accreditation, required supporting documentation, and common challenges encountered during credential verification. Both parties exchanged perspectives and explored opportunities for enhanced cooperation aimed at improving academic quality and supporting international student mobility.

The meeting concluded with expressions of appreciation and a shared commitment to continued collaboration. Chulalongkorn University and CSCSE agreed to maintain open communication channels to ensure accurate and transparent credential recognition, thereby effectively supporting students at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Chula is the place to discover one’s true individuality and the years I spent here were most enjoyable.
