Course Syllabus Creation and Teaching Evaluation on myCourseVille for the Trimester System, Semester 3, Academic Year 2025

Chulalongkorn University requires all units that offer classes to create course syllabi and course evaluations on the myCourseVille system every semester.

The Office of Academic Affairs and the Learning Innovation Center, Chulalongkorn University, have announced the schedule for course syllabus creation and course evaluation on myCourseVille for trimester 3 of the trimester system, academic year 2025, as follows:

• The program checks the accuracy of curriculum mapping: March 2 – June 1, 2026 
• The curriculum mapping system closes: June 2, 2026 
• Course coordinators create the course syllabus: March 2 – June 1, 2026 
• The program/faculty requests to add questions to the evaluation (via a memo to LIC): March 2–June 1, 2026 
• Course syllabus creation system closes/additional evaluation questions request closes: June 10, 2026 
• Verification of course evaluation system and evaluation forms (Please verify the list of instructors conducting the evaluation, instructors to be evaluated, and evaluation questions.) If any names are missing, kindly notify LIC): June 11–25, 2026 
• Student evaluation period: Students complete course evaluations in the myCourseVille system: June 26 – July 26.

Instructors may complete the evaluation within one year from the date the evaluation for that course is opened.
