The Halal Science Center Delivers Alcohol Gels and Sprays to Hospitals, Muslim Communities and Mosques

To join the fight against the spread of the COVID-19, the Halal Science Center, Chulalongkorn University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Winai Dahlan, Director, and Associate Professor Dr. Pakorn Priyakorn, Director of the Halal Standard Institute of Thailand, delivered alcohol gels and sprays to hospitals in the southern provinces, and Muslim communities and mosques across the country.

The representative from the Ministry of Education; Mr. Sutham Boonmalert, Secretary of the Sheikhul Islam Office of Thailand; Mr. Somsak Medan, Advisor to Secretary General, Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT); and Imam Manit Thongsang and Imam Ampon Nami, representatives from mosques in Bangkok joined to receive the alcohol gels and sprays on Thursday, 16 April 2020 at the Halal Science Center, Chulalongkorn University.
