Announcement: The COVID-19 Committee Chulalongkorn University Measures implemented after members of the community are found to have been infected with the 2019 Corona Virus (COVID-19) 6/2021

With reference to the announcement that residents of the staff dormitory building have been found to be infected by the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and that all patients have since been admitted for treatment at Chulalongkorn Hospital;

The COVID-19 Committee of Chulalongkorn University has hastened to take proactive measures to expand the screening process and has found two additional persons infected by the 2019 Corona Virus (COVID-19) bringing the total number of cases to 16 infected persons.  The Committee has investigated the situation and seen to it that the patients are now receiving treatment in accordance with the guidelines previously determined. 

The COVID-19 Committee of Chulalongkorn University offers its assurance that the situation remains under control.   Should there be any further developments on this matter the COVID-19 Committee Chulalongkorn University will continue to provide further updates and information via the https://www.chula.ac.th/covid-19/ website under “Featured”.
