Chulalongkorn University Announcement, Featured News
With reference to the announcement that COVID-19 Committee Chulalongkorn University has been closely monitoring the situation to prevent further infections after it was found that residents of the staff dormitory building have been infected by the Corona Virus (COVID-19) with the last detected cases on February 11, 2021, some further updates on the situation are as follows;
The COVID-19 Committee Chulalongkorn University wishes to emphasize that this viral spreading is still contained within the Chula Nivas dormitory area and not the “Chula Cluster” type of spreading that could also include the entire university campus area and its vicinity. Such reference does not correspond with the actual facts and could cause the society at large to be more alarmed than necessary.
We invite you to follow news and announcements from the University and theCOVID-19 Committee Chulalongkorn University will continue to provide further updates and information via the https://www.chula.ac.th/covid-19/ website under “Featured” or CU NEX and CU NEX Staff applications.
