CU to Co-host Proteomics Workshop

The Center of Excellence in Systems Biology, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with Sci Spac, Thermo Fisher and Ward Media will host a proteomics workshop under the topic “Complete Proteomics Workflowduring 21 – 25 May 2018 at 3rd floor, Aor Por Ror building, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University.

The workshop will include discussions on:

Sample Preparation

  • Tryptic peptide preparation by In-gel and In-solution digestion
  • Labeling method for quantitative proteomics (Dimethyl and TMT labeling)
  • Phosphopeptide enrichment

LC-MS/MS

  • Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry based proteomics using Q-Exactive Plus

Data Analysis

  • Protein identification, quantification and statistical analysis by Proteome Discoverer, MaxQuant and Perseus
