Office of the Registrar’s Temporary Procedure for Handling Student Requests during the COVID-19 Pandemic

To reduce any risks of COVID-19 infection from traveling outside the residence and to comply with social distancing practice during the pandemic, all CU students who wish to make any academic and relevant requests shall follow this procedure:

  1. Visit the website of the Office of Registrar at https://www.reg.chula.ac.th/dlforms.html
  2. Download the appropriate form and fill out the information, together with your signature.
  3. Email the completed form to the coordinator of your faculty (as listed in the attachment below)
  4. Wait for acknowledgement of email receipt from the coordinator of your faculty

The above procedure is in effect from 24 March 2020 to 12 April 2020, or until further notice.

In case students wish to withdraw from courses (W) online for the semester 2/2019, the students must follow the guideline attached here https://www.reg.chula.ac.th/news/Covid_en_630325.pdf
