CU NEX STAFF Supporting a Digital Lifestyle for CU Staff

Convenience is now just a few taps away for the CU community with CU NEX Staff – a mobile application developed by Chulalongkorn University and Kasikorn Bank. The app includes various features for staff to access the latest news, information, and services from their mobile phones, making the app a plus for both staff working in the office or from home.

Let’s find out how the CU NEX Staff app measures up in terms of response and support to a more digitized life in the views of real users who have downloaded the application since May 2020.

“CU NEX STAFF makes life at the university easier. It can be used to find needed information as well as handle the requirements of today’s society that needs instant information.

My favorite features are the “Chula Story”, which provides information about Chulalongkorn University, and the “Contact List”, which contains the contacts of different faculty and departments on campus. Additions I would love to see this app include are links with the CUCAS, the online course evaluations, and Registration Office’s website, so that everyone can access the registration system and fill out the grades online, without having to enter the password again.”

“There are issues that still need development, such as the contact list of university personnel. The information is still not accessible within one application. We still need to make a link to information outside the app. Also, I would like for the app to have separate menus, which will make it easier to use. All the information should be centralized and accessible within a single sign-on.“

Two of my favorite features are “Chula Story” and “Contact List”, which are more convenient and simpler to use than the website.
